Nokia have tried to bridge the gap between Smart-phones and Feature-phones with this innovative OS. Firstly, they launched the Nokia Asha 501 which became successful. Let us start the review:-

Just one thing for it's design and built-quality ''Nokia #Respect''. Nokia you deserve it. This is better then the previous Nokia Asha 501 in terms of design. Although, the only difference is that Nokia Asha 502 has Crystal-casing at the back and Nokia Asha 501 misses it. Another difference is it has a 5MP camera  with flash, whereas Nokia Asha 501 has a 3.2MP camera. All the  other features are same and you will hardly feel any difference.
The advantage of this device are:-
1. It is easy to carry as it is small in size.
2. It has a 5MP camera.
3. Long-lasting battery.
4. Another amazing feature is Nokia Fastlane.
It also have some disadvantages:-
1. It freezes sometimes  while opening applications.
2. Camera quality is  average.
3. No multi-tasking, 3G network.

Verdict:-
Only buy this device if you want a phone with just limited features. This device is not meant for power users. It has limited amount of apps in Nokia store so please look at your requirement list before buying this.
For those who want to a smartphone feel, it's a good device. But you have many other options available in the market like Samsung Galaxy Star and Xolo A500L. But I will rate it 4 out of 5 beacuse of it's looks, design, built-quality and price.
