Sony Xperia C
Hey Friends,
When it comes to Smart phones, Samsung and Sony are leading in India. Samsung is known for its Android phone quality whereas Sony is known for its built-quality and design. This time I will review a Sony Smartphone, the Sony Xperia C.
The tech specs of the device are:-
The device comes with 2G-3G-WiFi with Dual SIM variant. It has a 5 inches of TFT capacitive screen with 540 x 960 pixel resolution and 220 ppi pixel density which supports 16M colors. It also supports multi-touch up to 4 fingers. The internal storage of this is a bit disappointing. It comes with 4GB of internal storage. For connectivity it has Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and microUSB port v2.0. The device has a 8 MP of primary snapper with LED flash and VGA front snapper. The primary camera is capable of recording videos at Full HD, i.e. 1080p. The phone runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean OS). For handing tasks it has 1 GB RAM and a ‘MTK MT6589’ chipset which is a Quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. For handing graphics it has ‘PowerVR SGX544’ GPU. It also have Accelerometer, proximity sensor and compass. For handling all these things it has a 2390 mAh battery.
Now time for it’s review:-
The Sony Xperia C looks gorgeous. I think no other company can compete with Sony when it comes to design and styling. It’s just 8.9 mm thick and doesn’t feel bulky. The screen disappoints but that’s okay. At least, it’s better than Samsung Galaxy Grand. The touch response is just amazing but the internal storage is very low. Just 4GB of internal storage is actually low. The internet experience is just awesome. The camera quality is another disappointment. It can shoot videos in Full HD but the quality is not that great. The device doesn’t disappoints when it comes to user-experience. The combination of Quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM is just fine. It doesn’t really lag in its performance. It can easily handle 5 to 6 tasks simultaneously. The gaming experience is also decent enough and the battery backup is also good as it lasts a day with a good usage.
In my opinion, it’s a best Android Smart phone under 20k. It’s actually better than the Samsung Galaxy Grand in terms of performance. My verdict is consider this device if you are looking for a Smart phone under 20k. I will rate it 4 out of 5.
